What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving new business growth – Identify, engage, and convert new prospects across the Dynamics 365 portfolio (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Business Central, and beyond).
- Consultative selling – Take a discovery-led approach to understanding client challenges and position tailored Dynamics 365 solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Leading compelling demos – Deliver engaging, outcome-focused demonstrations that clearly communicate how Dynamics 365 can solve real-world challenges.
- Managing the full sales cycle – From initial outreach and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and close. Owning opportunities end to end.
- Building trusted relationships – Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning yourself as a credible advisor.
- Collaborating across teams – Work closely with consultants, PMO, and marketing to develop tailored proposals, content, and campaigns that resonate.
- Championing digital engagement – Use CRM, analytics, and reporting tools to track pipeline performance, optimise sales activity, and maintain strong forecasting accuracy.
- Staying ahead of the curve – Keep up to date with Microsoft updates, industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to ensure clients receive forward-thinking advice.
- Representing Cloud9 – Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to showcase our expertise and generate new opportunities.
