We hire people who take ownership, care deeply about doing exceptional work that creates impact, and help raise the standards of those around them. At Cloud9, we believe great teams are built from people who care deeply about the quality and impact of their work and the success of those around them. That’s why we look for A-players who hold themselves to high standards and take pride in delivering great work and look for ways to create better outcomes for clients, support their colleagues, and raise the performance of the team around them. Great work here is rarely done alone. The people who thrive at Cloud9 collaborate, share knowledge, support their teammates and care about the success of the whole team. We invest heavily in creating a positive, supportive environment where people can grow and do work they’re proud of. In return, we look for individuals who bring commitment, ownership and a genuine desire to contribute.
