Overview
As a Business Development Manager you will have extensive experience of enterprise sales, specifically in the EPR market covering the delivery and management of Digital Healthcare Systems, Technology and Infrastructure. You will be able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of the requirements and problems of the NHS and wider Health and Care sector whilst being able to articulate our value proposition to Healthcare clients at senior executive and operational levels.
As a Business Development Manager with an agreed target, you will apply your experience in managing and developing an existing client base and working with delivery unit leaders to cultivate these accounts to meet Tegria's financial objectives through an agreed strategic sales plan for each client account.
Core responsibilities
- Working closely with colleagues within the Sales, Marcoms and Delivery Teams to develop and manage a pipeline of business within your agreed territory by applying Cloud21's go-to-market strategy.
- Aligning your activity with the Company's financial and operational objectives.
- Creating and delivering agreed plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Working with colleagues in all areas of the business to gather and apply market intelligence as part of the development of sales opportunities.
- Achieving or exceeding your agreed annual sales targets within the agreed territory through well organised identification and development of sales opportunities.
- Managing your activity to promote and generate new business.
- Managing your activity to promote the cultivation of the existing client base.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of prospects and activities using the Company's CRM platform and to provide routine reports of sales pipeline and revenue forecasts within your territory.
- Serving as a business representative at health and care industry events, conferences, etc.

- Developed and managed a pipeline of business within a go-to-market strategy based on a comprehensive portfolio of products and services.
- Devised and implemented new business development plans and campaigns in collaboration with colleagues in relevant departments and Business Units.
- Communicated and collaborated effectively and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels of seniority within prospect and client organisations as well as the internal organisation and its partners.
- Devised strategic plans to address individual prospect organisations and campaigns for wider development of sales leads and opportunities.
- Qualified and assessed opportunities to ensure that time and resource is used to best effect.
- Maintained your market, product knowledge and professional skills to ensure you are equipped to successfully participate in closing complex sales opportunities within a competitive arena.
