Senior Workday Integration Consultant
Hybrid Set Up (3x a Week)
Our client is seeking a skilled Workday Specialist to help optimise their HR systems and processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on Workday Integrations and Recruitment modules, driving efficiency and delivering high-value solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from HR Experts and translate them into well-architected Workday solutions.
- Identify system improvements, recommend enhancements, and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain HR processes and systems for efficiency.
- Test solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations.
- Support Workday upgrades and releases, focusing on Integrations and Recruitment.
- Ensure the integrity and security of confidential employee data.
- Liaise with IT and HR stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and projects.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday features and community best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Workday Integrations.
- Experience with Workday Recruitment modules.
- Expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, REST/SOAP APIs, and Report Writer.
- Ability to design, test, and maintain inbound/outbound integrations with third-party systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for integration and system issues.
- Familiarity with data formats (CSV, XML, JSON) and transformation tools (XSLT, XML).
- Knowledge of Workday security configuration and data privacy compliance.
- Clear communication skills, able to explain technical concepts in simple language.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and excellent at time management.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Workday Reporting and BIRT.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting Lifecycle setup and optimisation.
- Exposure to multi-country Workday deployments or integrations
- Exposure to additional Workday modules
