Key Responsibilities and Outcomes :
- Oversee and manage key programme documents, including milestone plans, risk assessments, and interdependency matrices.
- Develop detailed plans and procedures for each phase of the project, covering relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Implement governance models, including change management processes and approval boards.
- Guide the global deployment strategy, encompassing methodologies, resource allocation, and cost tracking.
- Lead regular governance meetings and ensure key decisions are made effectively.
- Manage the deployment methodology for different operational units.
- Facilitate core leadership meetings and oversee financial management of the programme.
Resourcing :
- Assess and manage resource requirements across global teams, including operations, procurement, engineering, sales, and finance.
- Develop resource allocation strategies to support programme needs and interdependencies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring contract compliance and performance.
- Address any necessary adjustments to existing contracts or service agreements.

Qualifications & Technical Knowledge :
- Significant experience leading global ERP deployments, particularly in manufacturing and sales environments.

- Experience working within complex, matrixed, global businesses.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics.
- Recognised programme or project management qualifications.
