Provide leadership for the deployment of a major ERP system, ensuring strategic planning, effective delivery, and daily operations. Manage a central team, collaborating with key departments to achieve successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities and Outcomes : Oversee and manage key programme documents, including milestone plans, risk assessments, and interdependency matrices. Develop detailed plans and procedures for each phase of the project, covering relevant departments and stakeholders. Implement governance models, including change management processes and approval boards. Guide the global deployment strategy, encompassing methodologies, resource allocation, and cost tracking. Lead regular governance meetings and ensure key decisions are made effectively. Manage the deployment methodology for different operational units. Facilitate core leadership meetings and oversee financial management of the programme. Resourcing : Assess and manage resource requirements across global teams, including operations, procurement, engineering, sales, and finance. Develop resource allocation strategies to support programme needs and interdependencies. Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring contract compliance and performance. Address any necessary adjustments to existing contracts or service agreements. Strategic Leadership & Team Management : Lead and mentor the programme team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Set performance goals and regularly evaluate team progress. Manage team engagement, ensuring high performance across the wider programme team. Qualifications & Technical Knowledge : Significant experience leading global ERP deployments, particularly in manufacturing and sales environments. Expertise in managing technology-driven change within complex organisations. Experience working within complex, matrixed, global businesses. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics.
