About the Role
We are working with a growing organisation seeking a talented Power Platform Developer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and forward-thinking environment, working on a range of exciting projects that make a genuine impact on the business. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Power Platform solutions, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and efficient applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
- Build and manage Model-Driven Apps and work extensively with Dataverse
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 and other third-party systems
- Develop and manage Custom Connectors and integrations using REST APIs
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Ensure solutions follow established governance, security, and best practice guidelines
- Work with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Azure DevOps pipelines as part of solution delivery
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for existing solutions
- Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform and Microsoft Cloud technologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
Key Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, including: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents
- Strong experience with Dataverse and Model-Driven App development
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Power Platform solutions
- Solid understanding of Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps
- Experience working with Custom Connectors and integrating with REST APIs
- Good understanding of governance, security, and best practices within Power Platform environments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Desirable:
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications
- Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in the Power Platform context
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
