  • Take charge of the platform’s upgrade schedule, preparing and testing integrations ahead of each release.
  • Work alongside internal tech teams, external partners, and HR process owners to deliver solutions that fit business priorities.
  • Act as the in-house expert, sharing technical knowledge with colleagues and offering practical guidance when needed.
  • Quickly identify and resolve issues, keeping downtime to a minimum.
  • Make sure all activity is compliant with internal security rules and any relevant legislation.
  • Develop improvement plans to boost speed, capacity, and system resilience.
  • Keep clear, detailed records of system configurations, integrations, and workflows.
