D365 Finance Trainer – Contract

Rate: Up to £500 per day (Outside IR35)

Location: Remote with travel to site in Norwich

Duration: 1 Month

Overview:

We\’re currently supporting a business in need of an experienced D365 Finance Trainer to assist with the delivery of training for their D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation. This is a short-term, outside IR35 contract opportunity offering flexibility to work remotely, with travel to their site in Norwich as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-user training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) modules, tailored to different user groups.
• Support the creation, updating, and delivery of training materials and documentation.
• Conduct remote and on-site training workshops as required.
• Provide post-training support and guidance to users to embed new processes effectively.
• Work closely with project leads, SMEs, and business stakeholders to ensure training aligns with project timelines and operational needs.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Finance Trainer on D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations.
• Strong understanding of D365 F&O core finance modules, including but not limited to: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchase Ledger, Project Management Accounting, and Tax & Bank Management.
• Ability to deliver engaging, clear, and effective training sessions both remotely and in person.
• Experience creating training materials such as user guides, quick reference documents, and e-learning content.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
