A growing organisation is looking for a D365 Business Central Support & Systems Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day support, administration and continuous improvement of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. This role will play a key part in supporting business users, maintaining system performance, coordinating testing activities and contributing to the successful delivery of new Business Central enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support
- Manage user access, permissions, security roles and system configuration
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Configure workflows, reports, dashboards and system settings
- Monitor system performance, data quality and data integrity
- Maintain system documentation, support processes and knowledge articles
- Support the delivery of new Business Central projects, upgrades and system enhancements
- Coordinate with implementation partners and technical teams throughout project lifecycles
- Support data migration, system configuration and user onboarding activities
- Help drive user adoption and continuous improvement across the platform
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Perform functional and regression testing for new releases, upgrades and system changes
