About This Team
The GSI Solutions team is part of the System Integrators and Channel function of the Citrix business unit within Cloud Software Group. The GSI Solutions team is focused on the new product introduction and technical GTM of Citrix products specialized for GSI delivery, such as Citrix hosting or managed services. This team aligns with multiple internal and external stakeholders including Citrix GSIs, their end customers, and the associated Citrix account and product teams, ensuring GSI Solutions drive customer value and the accompanied partner and Citrix business growth.
Responsibilities
As part of the role the GSI Solutions Architect will need to:
- Collaborate with partners to integrate tailored Citrix offerings into their services practices that address specific customer challenges and drive business outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership to partner technical teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to implement the Citrix GSI Solutions effectively.
- Work closely with Partner Technology Strategist teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and provide architecture support throughout the adoption cycle.
- Translate leading practices defined by the Citrix Solution Engineering team to partner managed service standard operating procedures and the associated Citrix partner products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape, and share insights with the Citrix Product team to support the development of the associated product portfolio.
- Collaborate with Citrix GTM, Product, and Operations teams to introduce new partner-facing products to market and add enhancement to the existing portfolio.
- Enable internal and external teams on the architectural considerations and capabilities of the Citrix Partner Solution portfolio.
Experience & Skills
- Understanding of Citrix’s competitive domain and technologies.
- Previous client-facing roles, preferably in a managed services or professional services role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing Citrix solutions at scale.
- Strong understanding of service offering design and the impact of architecture on service delivery, end customer experience, and service profitability.
