The GSI Solutions team is part of the System Integrators and Channel function of the Citrix business unit within Cloud Software Group. The team focuses on new product introduction and technical GTM of Citrix products for GSI delivery, such as hosting or managed services. They coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including Citrix GSIs, end customers, and account and product teams, to drive customer value and business growth.
Responsibilities
The GSI Solutions Architect will:
- Collaborate with partners to integrate Citrix offerings into their services to address customer challenges and drive outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership to partner teams for effective implementation of Citrix GSI Solutions.
- Work with Partner Technology Strategist teams to identify new business opportunities and support architecture during adoption.
- Translate best practices into partner service procedures and products.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Stay updated on market trends and share insights to support product development.
- Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Operations teams to introduce and enhance partner-facing products.
- Educate teams on the architectural aspects of the Citrix Partner Solution portfolio.
Experience & Skills
- Understanding of Citrix’s competitive domain and technologies.
- Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in managed or professional services.
- Proven ability to design and implement Citrix solutions at scale.
- Strong grasp of service offering design and architecture impact.
- Knowledge of DaaS / VDI, Applications, Networking, Observability.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical business cases.
- Experience navigating complex organizations.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with attention to detail and strategy.
- Willingness to travel (~30%).
