Cloud Recruitment are working with a well-established provider within the Fire & Security sector who are looking to add an experienced Fire and Security Engineer to cover London. This role would ideally suit a Fire and Security Engineer with a strong electrical background, confident with fault finding, installations and servicing across a range of customer sites.

The Role:
As a Fire and Security Engineer, you will be responsible for service, maintenance, fault finding and small works across London. You’ll work on a mix of systems including fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control and CCTV.
You’ll be working directly with end clients, so strong communication and a professional approach are essential.
Key Duties:
- Service, maintain and fault find Fire & Security systems across London
- Work on fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control and CCTV systems
- Carry out reactive callouts and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Install and commission small works and system upgrades when required
- Electrical fault finding, wiring checks and repairs on site
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and site health & safety procedures
- Complete job sheets and service reports accurately
- Liaise with customers and provide a high level of service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fire and Security Engineer / Fire & Security Service Engineer
- Strong electrical background (fault finding, wiring, site work)
- Experience servicing and maintaining fire and security systems
- Comfortable working in a mobile role across London
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- FIA / manufacturer training (Gent, Notifier, Morley, Advanced etc.)
- Access control and CCTV networking experience
- ECS / JIB card
- Relevant electrical qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds)
