We are recruiting for a Reactive Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established facilities and building services contractor working across rail stations in North London. This role would suit a Reactive Electrical Maintenance Engineer with strong fault finding and reactive maintenance experience within commercial or public sector environments.
The Role
- Reactive electrical maintenance and fault finding
- Electrical repairs, replacements and minor installations
- Lighting, power, emergency lighting and small power
- Testing, inspection and minor remedials
- Completion of job sheets and compliance paperwork
- Working safely within rail environments
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience as a Reactive Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Background in facilities maintenance, building services or rail preferred
- Full UK driving licence
