Join a leading social care provider as a Senior Support Worker, working with adults who have disabilities and challenging behaviours in a supportive and tight-knit team. This opportunity, based in Hereford, offers competitive pay of £14.90 per hour with a commitment to a 4% pay rise in April, as well as shift work including alternating weekend shifts with 8 hour pre-planned shifts up to a year in advance.
