Cloud Pharmacy is an established and expanding online pharmacy based in Livingston.
Operating from our newly expanded, state-of-the-art premises, we provide modern pharmacy services focused on clinical excellence, patient safety, and innovation.
We are now looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our on-site team.
Independent Prescribers and non-prescribers are both welcome to apply.
The Role
This is a clinical, dispensary-based position within a regulated online pharmacy environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of pharmacy services.
For Independent Prescribers, the role will also include a dedicated prescribing day, focusing on clinical assessment and prescribing within your competence.

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical screening and accuracy checking of prescriptions
- Ensuring safe supply in line with GPh C standards and internal SOPs
- Conducting patient consultations via telephone
- Responding to clinical queries via email
- Supporting dispensary and customer service teams
- Acting as Responsible Pharmacist on a rota basis
- Maintaining regulatory compliance and high professional standards
- Identifying and reporting near misses to promote a strong patient safety culture
- Dedicated prescribing day as part of your rota
- Clinical assessment and prescribing within agreed scope of practice
- Managing patients within services such as weight management and other online clinical pathways
About You
- GPh C Registered Pharmacist (Essential)
- Patient-focused with high professional standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident verbal and written communicator
- Comfortable working with digital systems
- Organised and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in online/digital pharmacy
- Interest or experience in weight management (including GLP-1 therapies)
- Newly qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply.
