We’re looking for an ambitious Service Desk Engineer with MSP experience to join a growing team. This is a great opportunity to build on your technical skills, gain Microsoft certifications, and progress your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or fast-paced IT service desk
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Good grasp of Windows OS support and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to problem-solve, prioritise, and adapt in a busy environment
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms (Halo, Autotask, ServiceNow)
- Experience using RMM tools for monitoring & remote support
- ITIL awareness or certification
- Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900)
