Overview

We’re looking for an ambitious Service Desk Engineer with MSP experience to join a growing team. This is a great opportunity to build on your technical skills, gain Microsoft certifications, and progress your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

Base pay range

Up to £35,000/year

What you’ll bring

  • Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or fast-paced IT service desk
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Good grasp of Windows OS support and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to problem-solve, prioritise, and adapt in a busy environment

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (Halo, Autotask, ServiceNow)
  • Experience using RMM tools for monitoring & remote support
  • ITIL awareness or certification
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900)
