An established and growing MSP based in Cambridgeshire is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week in the office, and is ideal for someone who has previous experience in an MSP or a similar IT services environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing sales team where commission is uncapped and paid not only on closed deals, but also for meetings booked—offering a genuine opportunity to exceed the advertised OTE.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage prospective clients through a mix of outbound calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings for the senior sales team
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s IT services and how they support MSP clients
- Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns
- Use CRM tools to manage and track lead activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar SDR or BDR role
- Experience working for an MSP, or a strong understanding of the MSP business model
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- £35,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £50,000+
- Commission paid on meetings booked as well as closed business
- Clear progression path into senior sales or account management
