As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect, you will work closely with the sales and delivery teams to provide trusted advisor-level consultancy to customers, building roadmaps, responding to RFIs/RFPs, and designing scalable IaaS, PaaS, and DaaS solutions that drive real business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their business goals and technical requirements
- Develop tailored roadmaps and high-level solution designs for IaaS, PaaS, DRaaS, and DaaS offerings
- Lead the technical response to RFI and RFP opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance across hybrid cloud and XaaS strategies

Ideal Experience
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or solution architecture role, ideally within an IT services or managed services provider environment
- Strong background across hybrid cloud architectures and XaaS models (IaaS, PaaS, DRaaS, DaaS)
- Solid technical knowledge across major vendors such as VMware, NetApp, DellEMC, and Microsoft (or comparable technologies)
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Certifications from vendors such as VMware, Microsoft (Azure), NetApp, Cisco etc.
