You’ll be joining a leading UK technology services provider known for delivering robust, secure and high‑performing infrastructure solutions for major enterprise customers. As a Network Engineer, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day network support for a key customer, resolving incidents, improving configuration, and ensuring their environment stays stable, secure and future‑ready.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and resolving customer tickets, meeting or exceeding SLAs
  • Monitoring, diagnosing and improving network infrastructure
  • Supporting senior engineers on wider project work
  • Performing firmware/software upgrades and maintaining network documentation
  • Using vulnerability tools to proactively protect customer environments
  • Creating and executing CRQs in line with customer change processes
