Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery of Microsoft Copilot adoption engagements across enterprise clients
- Assess organisational readiness, maturity and change requirements
- Design adoption roadmaps, training strategies and enablement plans that move clients beyond pilots into scaled usage
- Define measurable KPIs tied to productivity, collaboration and operational efficiency
- Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders, including C suite
- Mentor Copilot Adoption Managers and AI specialists across delivery teams
- Shape repeatable frameworks, standards and IP that the practice can scale on
Ideal Experience
- Proven experience leading Microsoft Copilot adoption in enterprise environments
- Strong background in change management, digital workplace or wider transformation programmes
- Track record of designing and executing structured adoption frameworks, not just running training sessions
- Broader knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and the agentic side of the Microsoft AI stack
- Awareness of the wider Microsoft AI offering and how the pieces fit together across Modern Work and the Power Platform
- Comfortable engaging C suite and senior business stakeholders
- Consulting mindset with the ability to translate technical capability into business value
