  • Own delivery of Microsoft Copilot adoption engagements across enterprise clients

  • Define measurable KPIs tied to productivity, collaboration and operational efficiency

  • Shape repeatable frameworks, standards and IP that the practice can scale on

Ideal Experience

  • Proven experience leading Microsoft Copilot adoption in enterprise environments
  • Strong background in change management, digital workplace or wider transformation programmes
  • Track record of designing and executing structured adoption frameworks, not just running training sessions
  • Broader knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and the agentic side of the Microsoft AI stack
