This is a new business focused Client Director role, responsible for winning net new customers and building long term Microsoft led relationships.

Why This Role Stands Out

This is a genuine hunting role with freedom to build a territory properly. You are not inheriting a warm account base. You are trusted to create pipeline, win deals and then expand those relationships over time. Backed by strong presales and delivery teams, this role is about smart, commercial selling rather than empty promises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Winning new mid market customers for Microsoft focused solutions
  • Selling professional services and managed services across Modern Work, Azure, Copilot and Security
  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Using Microsoft licensing models and funding programmes to shape commercial propositions
  • Identifying land and expand opportunities post initial deal
  • Working closely with presales and delivery teams to build value led solutions
  • Maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecast

Ideal Experience

  • Proven new business sales experience within a Microsoft partner, IT solutions provider or MSP
  • Strong track record selling Microsoft professional services and managed services
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft licensing including CSP and enterprise agreements
  • Experience leveraging Microsoft funding programmes to support deal creation
  • Comfortable selling across Modern Work, Azure, Copilot and Security
  • Evidence of winning new logos rather than inheriting accounts
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders and selling outcomes, not features
