You will take ownership of 4/5 established, high value accounts, these are large, complex environments that already generate meaningful revenue and need senior ownership to push them further.

The emphasis is firmly on account development, around 85/90% of your time farming existing customers, with selective new logo activity rather than constant hunting. Key responsibilities
- Own and grow 4/5 spending customer accounts
- Develop and execute account plans that drive expansion across cloud managed services

- Work closely with delivery teams to turn relationships into long term revenue
Ideal experience
- Proven experience as an Account Director or senior account manager within IT services or cloud managed services/MSP.
- Clear evidence of delivering £400-500k+ GP per annum from existing customers with a desire to deliver more
- Strong executive presence with credibility at C suite level
- Comfortable managing complex, multi stakeholder environments
