Company & Role

This opportunity sits with an ambitious, investor backed AI start up operating at the heart of the Microsoft ecosystem. The business is focused on enterprise AI adoption, Copilot enablement and agent based transformation, helping organisations turn AI ambition into measurable, scaled outcomes. They are still early in their journey, which is exactly the appeal. You are joining at a stage where your voice carries real weight, with a leadership seat at the table, equity in what you help build, and the chance to shape how Microsoft AI services are designed, delivered and scaled across the business.

This is a hybrid leadership role that blends delivery and solutioning. Roughly half your focus will be on owning Copilot adoption outcomes across enterprise accounts. The rest will sit on the technical side, working alongside AI engineers to architect and build Microsoft AI solutions spanning M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and the wider agentic stack.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Equity in a specialist AI business focused on real adoption outcomes, not generic transformation
  • Genuine influence at a formative stage, shaping offerings, delivery model and technical direction
  • A role that spans both adoption and the build side of Microsoft AI, rather than being boxed into one
  • Enterprise level engagements with C suite exposure from day one
  • Leadership scope without losing hands on involvement in the work
  • The chance to set the bar for how Microsoft AI services are delivered properly, beyond pilot stage

Key Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of Copilot adoption and agent based services across enterprise accounts, ensuring high impact outcomes and repeatable execution
  • Partner with AI engineers to architect and build Microsoft AI solutions across M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
  • Design adoption roadmaps, enablement plans and measurable KPIs tied to productivity, collaboration and business value
  • Lead workshops with business and technology stakeholders, including senior leadership and C suite
  • Be accountable for recurring revenue growth within existing accounts and support new business through pre sales engagement
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Copilot Adoption Managers and AI engineers
  • Shape repeatable frameworks, technical patterns and delivery IP that the practice can scale on
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the business as part of the leadership team

Ideal Experience

  • Proven experience leading Microsoft Copilot adoption programmes in enterprise environments
  • Strong technical grounding across the Microsoft AI stack, including M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
  • Hands on experience architecting or building agent based solutions and Copilot extensibility
  • Background in consulting, digital transformation or enterprise technology delivery
  • Track record of designing structured adoption frameworks that move clients beyond pilots into scaled usage
  • Experience growing accounts and engaging senior stakeholders up to C suite
  • Comfortable balancing delivery ownership with technical solutioning and team leadership
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, suited to a fast growth environment where we help build as we go
