As Account Director, you’ll join a high-performing sales team with a clear mission: to drive Azure growth across new and existing customers. You’ll own a patch of strategic accounts while targeting new opportunities in both mid-market and enterprise. Backed by skilled Azure architects, strong Microsoft alignment, and a culture that values autonomy, you’ll have everything you need to close high-value deals.
The successful candidate can be based anywhere in the UK and will enjoy genuine flexibility. Of course, this is a client-facing sales role – so you’ll be expected to travel for customer meetings and drop into the London office from time to time. But you’ll be trusted to manage your time, and supported to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow and manage a portfolio of Azure-focused accounts across Infra & Apps
- Win new business through consultative, value-led conversations
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft account teams to unlock co-sell pipeline
- Lead client discussions from discovery through to close, shaping tailored Azure solutions
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver proposals and win trust
- Consistently meet or exceed a six-figure annual target
Ideal Experience
- Proven success selling Microsoft Azure services in a partner environment
- Strong knowledge of Azure Infrastructure and/or App Modernisation offerings
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and influencing senior decision-makers
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, agile team
- Strong commercial acumen and a consultative, outcomes-first sales approach
