About the team
Cloud Orca is an award-winning Salesforce Platinum Partner and Appexchange Partner, made up of a team of creative, established and experienced Salesforce consultants that maximize everything Salesforce has to offer.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations, with responsibility for up to 10 projects at any point in time.
- Ensuring that the customers are kept up to date with the project progress and any blockers throughout the process, reporting any major project issues to the Delivery Director.
- Managing vendors, liaising with the technical team, reporting to senior managers and working with end users to ensure a smooth transition.
- Participating in sessions with Salesforce customers and other team members, to help drive the scoping workshops in order for consultants to understand customers' business and end solution requirements.
- Being point of contact for customer enquiries during an implementation, and helping to resolve any tasks, questions or concerns.
- Working with the Delivery and Project team, to further enhance the project processes.
- Helping with the daily running of the delivery portfolio, supporting the project team where necessary and being a point of support for Salesforce consultants.
Qualifications:
- Experience working on the Salesforce platform.
- 2+ years’ experience managing projects end-to-end, as a project manager or Delivery Manager.
- Good software development lifecycle experience, and a thorough understanding of Agile development principles.
- Ideally possess the System Administrator Certification, or any Salesforce certifications is an advantage, but not essential.
- Ideally worked within a consulting environment previously.
- Experience implementing solutions across multiple clouds.
- Worked with clients across multiple industries and on multiple projects.
- Client-facing experience, as well as excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet goals and deadlines.
