Are you an experienced, solutions-oriented Salesforce Consultant with experience implementing Salesforce functionality? Do you thrive off creating tailored solutions for clients which deliver tangible results for their businesses? We have an exciting new role within our award-winning Salesforce Consultancy, Cloud Orca, that could be your perfect fit.

Day to day you'll be working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects and the development team, developing an understanding of your clients’ needs and project managing bespoke implementations that increase their efficiency, productivity and profitability.

About the team: Cloud Orca are an award-winning Salesforce Platinum Partner and Appexchange Partner, made up of a team of creative, established and experienced Salesforce consultants that maximise everything Salesforce has to offer. As the anchor to Cooper Parry’s digital strategy, it is an exciting time to be part of this rocket ship.

About the day to day: You'll be getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Participating in sessions with Salesforce customers and other team members to understand business requirements and business processes analysis
  • Documenting detailed business, functional & technical requirements
  • Configuring and customising Salesforce Sales and Service applications
  • Managing vendors, liaising with the technical team, reporting to senior managers and working with end users to ensure a smooth transition
  • Configuring Salesforce and related third party applications
  • Working with our in-house developers to deliver custom integrations

As a Salesforce Consultant, we are looking for a team player ready to get stuck in. Someone who loves a good problem and has a knack for the solution. Above all, you will need to be passionate about client experience and configuring meaningful solutions in complex environments that help clients become high-performance businesses. Alongside this, you will have:

  • System Administrator Certification
  • Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Certification
  • Experience implementing across multiple clouds
  • Mixed industry experience
  • Established experience working on the Salesforce Platform
  • Proven experience working on multiple projects
  • Experience of implementing solutions in over 1 or more Salesforce clouds
  • Experience and understanding of Integrations and API best practices
  • Consulting and client facing experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills

Bonus Points if you have CPQ or RCA experience.
