We are looking for a Marketing Automation Consultant to join our growing Salesforce Marketing Cloud practice. This role is ideal for a solution-oriented professional with hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and/or Marketing Cloud Engagement. The Salesforce Marketing Consultant position will play a leading role in delivering end-to-end Marketing Cloud projects - from discovery and solution design through to implementation, testing and user training. The ideal person will thrive in an agile environment, enjoy delivering meaningful solutions and exceptional client experiences.
What a Marketing Automation Consultant will be doing...
- Leading project scoping sessions to understand and capture client goals and key requirements
- Translating business requirements into smart scalable solutions and presenting them back to the clients for feedback and refinements
- Working closely with technical and functional delivery teams to build and configure solutions that are both creative and aligned with best practices
- Preparing and running System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery
- Developing bespoke training programs and running sessions tailored to users at various technical levels
- Creating technical documentation outlining your delivered solutions for both client and internal use; contributing to internal knowledge sharing and process improvement
- Working closely with the project management team to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest customer satisfaction
- Supporting the sales team by contributing to early-stage discovery sessions and helping shape statements of work (SOW)
- Advising account managers and clients on platform best practices and marketing automation strategies as part of ongoing managed support
About You
As Marketing Automation Consultant, we are looking for someone with:
- Hands-on experience configuring Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and/or Marketing Cloud Engagement
- Solid technical understanding of the platforms - their architecture, capabilities, limitations and best practices
- Proven ability to manage and successfully deliver projects in an agile and sometimes ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - you’ll know how to speak tech with developers, and strategy with marketers.
- Resourceful and self-driven - you are solution-oriented, comfortable finding your own path, and bringing innovative ideas to the table
- A genuine interest in expanding your expertise across the wider Marketing Cloud ecosystem and taking on new challenges
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively, actively shares their expertise and supports others
