Requirements and Experience
- Hands‑on experience with VCATS, plant/EOL software download systems, and ECU programming
- Strong knowledge of calibration workflows, parameter management, and architecture‑driven configuration logic
- Solid understanding of vehicle electrical/electronic architecture and network communication
- Diagnostic mastery in UDS, DoIP, CAN, LIN, and Ethernet
- Proven track record resolving programming, calibration, and architecture related defects in production
Key Responsibilities
- Own plant/EOL software download toolchains, ensuring speed, stability, and repeatability
- Integrate and optimize VCATS workflows aligned with electrical/electronic architecture
- Lead calibration loading, variant coding, and configuration validation across ECUs
- Drive rapid issue/defect resolution—triage, diagnose, root‑cause, and implement permanent fixes for flashing, communication, and calibration failures
- Ensure cybersecure flashing and compliance across manufacturing sites
- Author and deploy VCATS, architecture‑based deployments
- Implement EVA/SDV/zonal architectures, secure flashing, and OTA readiness
- Model‑based diagnostics and calibration data management
