Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Stadium Operations Coordinator to join our team at Scottish Gas Murrayfield. As a Stadium Ops Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our iconic venue. We’re passionate about making sure the stadium runs at peak performance and is a clean, safe, sustainable and efficient environment for our players, employees and visitors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administer purchase orders and finance admin processes
- Coordinate bookings and contractor meetings
- Maintain records and support facilities projects
- Support the planning and delivery of event days – matches and concerts
- Manage office logistics and support creating a great place to work
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with mechanical systems and infrastructure
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask
