We\’re looking for a disrepair litigation solicitor to join our social housing litigation team in Leeds or Newcastle as a Solicitor.
The successful candidate will be part of an experienced and highly regarded team who work with some of the biggest affordable housing providers in the country to deliver high quality legal services in defending volume housing disrepair claims. You\’ll be commercially aware and familiar with the Civil Procedure Rules and have experience in dealing with volume litigation.
The role would be ideal for a solicitor with 1-4 years\’ experience in the affordable housing sector. The successful candidate will be a team player who is adept at working to challenging timescales with the ability to plan and organise effectively whilst maintaining exceptional client service through strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. They will have an interest in supervising and managing junior fee earners and will have good advocacy and negotiation skills.
This position offers a wide and varied workload coupled with excellent career prospects in what is a supportive and thriving team.
