We are currently seeking a Partnership and Projects Development Officer to work with our Rugby Development teams across the West area, including Glasgow North and Glasgow South regions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a successful track record of delivering projects and has a passion for grassroots rugby.

In this role you will work closely to support the regional teams and key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring and evaluation of identified Cashback School of Rugby and Cashback Community initiatives.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting delivery of Cashback Schools of Rugby programme in identified schools, supporting them to achieve key aims and objectives, including programme development and delivery, upskilling the workforce and building effective partnerships.
  • Monitoring and reporting of the programmes, demonstrating the positive impacts on schools or individuals.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver national Cashback programmes.
  • Engaging with your regional teams to support the delivery of the Rugby Development strategy.

  • An understanding of rugby and coaching.
  • Previous experience of successfully delivering projects.
