Cloud Nine Incentives is a specialist prize and incentive agency, working with leading brands and marketing agencies to deliver travel incentives, holiday prizes and campaign fulfilment for consumer promotions.
The role:
- You’ll manage client accounts day to day, working on consumer promotions from brief through to fulfilment. This is a hands-on, agency-side role combining client service, campaign management, creative thinking and delivery.
You’ll be:
- Managing a portfolio of brand and agency clients
- Delivering incentive and promotional campaigns end-to-end
- Creating bespoke prize and travel solutions aligned to campaign mechanics
- Working with suppliers and partners to manage fulfilment
- Supporting account growth and long-term client relationships
- Helping prize winners through their winning journey
About you:
- ~2+ years’ experience as an Account Manager (or strong Senior Account Executive ready to step up)
- ~Agency experience preferred (incentives, promotions, marketing, travel or rewards)
- ~Confident managing clients, timelines and multiple projects
- ~Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
- ~A genuine interest in travel, incentives, promotions or rewards
