About the role
As an Account Manager, you will be part of a successful sales team, responsible for developing, managing, and growing sales and relationships with existing customers and partners. Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding new customers, identifying new and renewal opportunities, contacting new leads, supporting customers and partners, increasing brand awareness, and achieving individual and team sales targets.
On a daily basis, you\’ll develop a comprehensive understanding of Climb’s resellers and their new and renewal business needs.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Providing reactive and proactive customer quotations and working closely with other teams to ensure world-class service.
- Identifying and acting on upsell, cross-sell, and consolidation opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate renewal matches in the renewals system.
- Creating long-term pipelines and providing regular forecasts.
- Achieving customer agreed response times
- Identifying and recruiting new partners to the channel.
- Introducing Climb UK’s proposition to both new and existing partners.
- Continuously learning about new products, enhancing your knowledge, and selling skills.
