Do you have fantastic attention to detail? We are currently recruiting for a passionate and organised Sales Administrator to join our vibrant team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Sales Teams, helping customers with their software licensing renewals and developing relationships to support their wider software needs.

About the role

Day‑to‑day you will provide accurate, proactive, and commercially focused support across renewals, quoting, and sales operations. This role ensures renewals are processed efficiently, quotations are correct and timely, and customer, vendor, and internal sales requests are managed promptly and professionally. Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and collaboration are essential.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Renewals & Quoting Management
    • Request and analyse renewal quotations to confirm accuracy and relevance.
    • Identify opportunities to co‑term subscriptions and upsell renewals.
    • Conduct detailed analysis on all renewal information to ensure ongoing accuracy.
    • Manage renewals using the in‑house renewals portal.
    • Use the internal quote system to create and update quotations.
    • Generate sales quotations and proposals for the sales team or customers.
    • Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate renewal records in internal systems.
  • Customer, Vendor & Sales Team Support
    • Respond promptly to enquiries from customers, vendors, and internal sales teams.
    • Support pipeline creation and opportunity management in partnership with sales.
    • Complete deal registrations with full accuracy and required detail.
    • Maintain strong working relationships with reseller accounts and vendors.
    • Request product creation on behalf of the sales team.
  • Service Delivery & CRM Administration
    • Respond to customer quotes and queries within a 2‑hour SLA.
    • Maintain clear, accurate, and concise CRM notes at all times.
    • Ensure customer and sales records are current and correct across all internal systems.
    • Support with administrative tasks linked to opportunities, renewals, and sales activity.

About you

You’ll have five GCSE grade 4/C (or equivalent) and above, including Maths and English. This is an office‑based role working. Our most successful people are commercially minded, focused, supportive, pragmatic and creative. Does this sound like you?
