Cloud Imperium Games are looking for a People Coordinator to join our high performing team based onsite at our studio in Manchester. You will support with various initiatives across HR and Talent Acquisition with a focus on administration of the employee life cycle and supporting our recruitment processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Utilising digital tools to manage administration of the employee lifecycle (starters, leavers, benefits etc), identifying and adopting opportunities for automation.
- Supporting HR leaders in our Manchester studio in providing an exceptional employee experience through proactive problem-solving, managing our ticketing platform and inboxes.
- Liaising with external benefit providers to ensure accurate data is maintained.
- Assisting in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
- Coordinating interviews and communicating logistics, acting as the candidate’s point of contact during onsite interviews and studio tours.
- Maintaining and updating candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Preparing and distributing offer paperwork and other recruitment-related documentation.
- Conducting reference checks and background screenings.
- Assisting in the preparation of onboarding materials and new hire documentation.
- Working with the wider people team to conduct onboarding sessions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
