  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within games or entertainment
  • Hands‐on experience with a CRM or email marketing platform (e.g. Braze, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Some exposure to paid digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, or similar)
  • Comfortable interpreting campaign performance data and working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to cross‐functional working

What the job involves

  • As Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in CIG's marketing team, primarily owning the CRM channel while also supporting on wider digital marketing activity including paid media and performance reporting
  • Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll help drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention across our PC titles
  • Own the end‐to‐end delivery of CRM email campaigns from brief through to deployment and reporting, including A/B testing to optimise performance across channels and creatives
  • Plan and execute retention, re‐engagement, and monetisation campaigns — spanning go‐to‐market launches, major updates, and ongoing player lifecycle activity
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager on paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit, including asset briefing and development in collaboration with the creative team
  • Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics across CRM, paid media, and player behaviour, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate cross‐functionally with the community and social teams to keep messaging aligned with player sentiment, while staying close to competitor activity and trends in the PC gaming space
