As Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in CIG's marketing team, primarily owning the CRM channel while also supporting wider digital marketing activity including paid media and performance reporting. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll help drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention across our PC titles.

What does a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist do at CIG?
- Own the end-to-end delivery of CRM email campaigns from brief through to deployment and reporting, including A/B testing to optimise performance across channels and creatives.
- Plan and execute retention, re-engagement, and monetisation campaigns - spanning go-to-market launches, major updates, and ongoing player lifecycle activity.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager on paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit, including asset briefing and development in collaboration with the creative team.
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics across CRM, paid media, and player behaviour, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the community and social teams to keep messaging aligned with player sentiment, while staying close to competitor activity and trends in the PC gaming space.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a CRM management role, ideally within gaming or a fast-paced digital environment.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within games or entertainment.
- Hands-on experience with a CRM or email marketing platform (e.g. Braze, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Some exposure to paid digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, or similar).
- Comfortable interpreting campaign performance data and working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional working.
