We are on the lookout for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Service Delivery team! As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be reporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader and supporting the development and use of service delivery management tools, standards, policies, and procedures that follow ITIL best practices. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with and support internationally renowned clients and technologies, with the aim of developing a reliable IT service and improving the organization's existing IT service infrastructure. Your goal will be to improve and develop the delivery of IT Support to clients in line with the ITIL Service Lifecycle.
You will be:
- Driving ongoing service improvements through our Continual Service Improvement Program.
- Monitoring service performance and taking proactive action to ensure success.
- Building strong customer relationships and understanding their business needs.
- Collaborating with the Customer Engagement Team to reduce churn and grow accounts.
- Advocating for ITIL best practices within the organization.
You will need:
- At least 5-10 years relevant experience in Service Delivery Management and customer experience, ideally with an IT Managed Services background.
- ServiceNow experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- ITIL Foundation Certification required, additional ITIL certifications are highly advantageous.
