We are supporting them in the hire of multiple Product Managers across Cloud, Networking, IAM and End User domains. These roles are critical to shaping and delivering technology roadmaps that will support the business’ continued innovation and resilience.
The Opportunity
As a Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of a key infrastructure domain. Working closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, you will create product visions and strategies, manage roadmaps, and ensure delivery of value-driven outcomes across enterprise-scale environments.
We’re looking for individuals who combine sharp technical understanding with strong product management skills, ideally with experience in insurance or financial services.
Role Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps within your domain (Cloud, Networking, IAM or End User).
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements and prioritised backlogs.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and security teams to ensure robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and planning to delivery and adoption.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across business and IT functions, communicating progress and managing expectations.
- Analyse product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous value creation.
Domain Focus & Skills
Cloud Product Manager
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Experience managing cloud adoption/migration strategies and multi-cloud governance.
- Familiar with DevOps/DevSecOps practices, containerisation (Kubernetes, Docker), and FinOps.
Networking Product Manager
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking: LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls, load balancing.
- Vendor experience could include Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, VMware NSX.
- Knowledge of network performance monitoring, resilience, and security.
IAM (Identity & Access Management) Product Manager
- Hands-on knowledge of Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Azure AD/Entra ID and MFA/SSO platforms.
- Experience with identity lifecycle management, PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust), and regulatory compliance.
- Understanding of Zero Trust architectures and identity governance.
End User Product Manager
- Experience with M365, Google Workspace, VDI solutions (VMware Horizon, Citrix), Intune, JAMF.
- Proven ability to drive workplace modernisation and improve user experience at scale.
- Understanding of collaboration, endpoint management, and desktop virtualisation.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record as a Product Manager or equivalent role within enterprise-scale IT domains.
- Ability to balance technical understanding with commercial priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience in insurance or financial services advantageous.
- Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban).
