The Opportunity...
You’ll join a Microsoft-aligned consultancy delivering enterprise-scale identity, access, and data security transformation programmes. You’ll work directly alongside Microsoft sellers, Partner Development Managers, and field teams, shaping joint go-to-market plans, leveraging funded plays, and accelerating deals through co-sell and marketplace channels. You’ll own your SMC and Corporate vertical, developing account plans, identifying new opportunities, and using the strength of Microsoft’s network to unlock new conversations and deliver outcomes that scale.
What You’ll Be Doing...
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification and value design to SoW development, negotiation, and expansion.
- Build strong, trusted relationships across Microsoft’s seller community and partner ecosystem.
- Leverage Microsoft-funded plays, co-sell programmes, and marketplace routes to accelerate revenue growth.
- Partner with executive stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CTO, Risk, Transformation) to shape and deliver secure access strategies.
- Sequence programmes from initial assessment through to full roll-out across Microsoft Identity Solutions.
- Deliver accurate pipeline forecasting and clear visibility on revenue performance.
- Define and execute your sector strategy - events, campaigns, GTM alignment, and account development.
What You’ll Bring...
- Proven success in a commercial sales or Account Director role within a Microsoft Partner.
- A strong understanding of the Microsoft sales model; co-sell, solution plays, marketplace routes, and funding programmes.

Why Join Them...
- Microsoft alignment: embedded in co-sell — access to funded plays, faster cycles, and stronger references.
- Growth potential: clear path from £600k in year one to £1m–£2m+ as your sector matures.
- Trusted delivery: a consultancy known for turning strategic intent into measurable results.
- Rewarding structure: competitive base, realistic OTE, and accelerators that genuinely reward performance.
