Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist
We're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to join a growing Microsoft Partner delivering cloud transformation projects for customers across the UK.
This is a customer-facing Professional Services role where you'll design, implement, migrate and optimise Microsoft 365 solutions, helping organisations modernise collaboration, security and productivity.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver Microsoft 365 implementation, migration and optimisation projects.
- Deploy and support Microsoft Teams, Share Point Online, One Drive, Exchange Online and Viva.
- Configure and administer Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA and hybrid identity.
- Implement Microsoft Purview solutions including Information Protection, DLP, Retention and e Discovery.
- Deliver Microsoft 365 migration projects including tenant-to-tenant, Google Workspace and on-premises migrations.
- Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 environments and provide technical expertise throughout project delivery.
- Lead customer workshops, technical discovery sessions and solution design discussions.
- Produce technical documentation and implementation guides.
- Develop Power Shell automation to improve administration and delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practice.
What We're Looking For
You'll have hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions within a consultancy, MSP or Professional Services environment.

- Microsoft Entra ID
- Microsoft Purview

Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MS-700, SC-300 or SC-401 would be advantageous but aren't essential.
