Cloud Decisions are supporting a leading technology services business in the search for a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join their Cloud Solutions team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys the consultancy side of Microsoft 365 — working directly with customers to design solutions, run workshops, deliver projects and help organisations maximise the value of their Microsoft investment.

The role combines hands-on delivery, solution design, customer engagement and pre-sales support, with a strong focus on modern Microsoft technologies including Purview, Copilot, security and governance.

The Role

You'll work closely with customers to understand their requirements, design solutions and deliver Microsoft 365 projects from discovery through to implementation and adoption. You'll be involved in:

  • Designing and delivering Microsoft 365 solutions
  • Running customer workshops and discovery sessions
  • Supporting pre-sales activities and solution design
  • Delivering Microsoft 365 governance, security and compliance initiatives
  • Helping customers prepare for and adopt Microsoft Copilot
  • Providing guidance around Purview, Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Creating technical documentation, handovers and best practice guidance
  • Working across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune and Entra ID environments

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with professionals who have experience in customer-facing Microsoft 365 delivery roles within a Microsoft Partner, Consultancy, Professional Services or MSP environment. You'll likely have experience as a:

  • Microsoft 365 Consultant
  • Modern Workplace Consultant
  • M365 Specialist
  • Microsoft Cloud Consultant
  • Microsoft 365 Engineer
  • Modern Workplace Engineer
  • Purview Consultant
  • Microsoft Compliance Consultant
  • Microsoft 365 Architect

Essential Experience

  • Microsoft 365 project delivery experience
  • Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive
  • Experience running customer workshops, discovery sessions or stakeholder meetings
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance and governance
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills

Highly Desirable

  • Microsoft Purview experience including Information Protection, Sensitivity Labels, DLP, Retention or Records Management
  • Microsoft Copilot readiness, governance or adoption projects
  • Pre-sales, solution design or proposal experience
  • Microsoft Partner or Consultancy background
  • Experience delivering security and compliance-focused Microsoft 365 projects

Why Apply?

This is not a traditional support role. You'll be working with customers to shape solutions, deliver meaningful transformation projects and help organisations adopt modern Microsoft technologies including Copilot, Purview and advanced governance capabilities. If you enjoy the combination of technology, consultancy and customer engagement, this is an opportunity to play a key role in helping organisations modernise their workplace environments.
