Key Responsibilities:
- Work across a variety of clients in a range of industries, whilst collaborating with multiple teams to support customers in maximising their investment in Microsoft Purview and associated Microsoft 365 and Azure security technologies. This includes advising on, designing, and implementing end-to-end data governance, compliance, and risk management solutions.
- Work on a range of Microsoft Purview capabilities including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection (IP), Insider Risk Management (IRM), Data Lifecycle Management, Deployment and Optimisation of Purview, Data Discovery, Classification, and Regulatory Compliance.
Key Duties:
- Designing and deploying Microsoft Purview solutions across M365 and Azure platforms to meet organisational data governance and compliance objectives.
- Assessing customer environments and requirements to deliver tailored Microsoft Purview configurations, policies, and controls.
- Supporting and designing deployments of Purview features such as eDiscovery, Communication Compliance, Information Barriers, and Data Classification.
- Advising on and implementing best practices for Insider Risk Management and regulatory compliance using Purview's advanced tools.
- Working with C-level stakeholders, compliance, and information governance teams to align technical solutions with business policies and regulatory requirements.
- Integrating Microsoft Purview with wider Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Azure infrastructure.
- Creating and maintaining technical project documentation such as technical configuration documents and LLDs.
Technical Requirements:
- Microsoft Purview DLP / Data Loss Prevention, IP / Information Protection, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, eDiscovery, Insider Risk Management, Data Lifecycle Management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Security, Entra ID, SOC Services, Defender Suite, XDR, Sentinel.
- Scripting Design, RQ workshops, Scoping, and Solution Design.
- Mitre Att&ack, SANS, ISC2.
