This is one for someone who knows Microsoft sales isn’t just about licences and logos. It’s an opportunity to join a Microsoft Solutions Partner with 5 Solution Partner Designations and MISA Membership, a strong reputation, a people-first culture, and real momentum in the market. You’ll be leading opportunities across Azure, Microsoft Modern Work and Security, and managed IT, within an IT Services business that is investing heavily in their Microsoft-first proposition.

The Role
- Identify, qualify and progress Microsoft-led sales opportunities
- Support deals from early-stage prospecting through to close
- Present Microsoft solutions in a clear, commercially relevant way
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including senior decision-makers
- Create proposals and quotations that are accurate, well-structured and outcome-led
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide reliable forecasting updates
- Work closely with sales, presales, marketing and partner teams on joint opportunities
- Help shape tailored Microsoft solutions across standalone and cross-divisional deals
What you’ll bring...
- Experience in a similar B2B technology sales role
- Experience selling Modern Workplace, Security, Azure, Copilot or Power Platform solutions
- A track record of owning a full sales cycle and closing business
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem
- Knowledge of Microsoft licensing and cloud adoption journeys
- Experience within an MSP, Microsoft partner or similar environment
- A consultative approach and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Confidence presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Microsoft certifications across Microsoft 365, Azure or AI
- Prior hands-on technical exposure to Microsoft solutions
