- Design and deliver scalable Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions that automate internal workflows, support regulatory compliance, and enhance customer experience.
- Conversational Design: Define AI assistant behaviours, natural language flows, and integration points using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Virtual Agents.
- Governance & Security: Ensure responsible AI use and regulatory alignment across financial workflows.
- Champion reusability and maintainability across Copilot implementations, helping the business scale smartly.
- Strong experience designing or implementing solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or Power Platform from greenfield, through to POC through to delivery.
- A solid understanding of enterprise data integration using Dataverse, Azure, and custom connectors/APIs.
- Ability to map conversational flows, design AI behaviours, and guide user experience across digital assistants.
- Bonus: Exposure to Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, or other Microsoft AI services.
