Who\’s it for?
Our customer is a fast-growing IT Managed Services business delivering IT services to a range of customers. They cover a variety of Microsoft EUC/Desktop technologies and you will resolve customer incidents/support issues as well as deliver some migrations.
What should you know / what are tasks you\’ll do?
Supporting their customer portfolio to resolve support issues to an advanced 2nd line or 3rd line within a busy remote EUC/Desktop support services team, as well as undertake some remote migration projects if you\’re interested (Remote/Hybrid) and working across a range of technologies including:
- Microsoft 365
- M365 Admin Center
- Intune / Conditional Access / Autopilot
- Security groups
- DNS/DHCP
- Veeam Backup
Ideally with the following:
- Project installations including Email/SharePoint Migrations
- Network router re-config
Personality needs:
- Good communications and customer service mindset
- Strong work ethic + calm approach
- Be happy to work in an office 1 day a week as this is a hybrid role
