We are proud to be retained by an enterprise security solutions provider to hire a Public Sector Account Director as part of an investor backed growth program to lead their largest Government accounts.
An established and well-respected security services business working in various sectors both direct and through a significant channel reputation, they operate mostly in the large Government and Enterprise Commercial sectors, and they have a Microsoft first vendor strategy. This brand new role is to manage the organisation's key enterprise customers traditionally done by their senior leaders currently as part of this growth investment.
With a blend of enterprise services and products built around the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem, this role will be split between managing their existing enterprise customer accounts and 25% new business development. It offers an exciting and unique time to join as the investor backed organisation executes their growth strategy.
Experience required:- Experienced selling enterprise Identity Access Management solutions / consultancy services
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem (Entra ID / Entra ID Governance)
- Central Government sector sales/account experience
- An understanding of Custom Digital Identity Solutions including centralised Identity
- Experience of large scale hybrid Identity services ie: AD, FIM, MIM of interest for transformation
- Account Management of enterprise customers (*c75% of the role)
- Ability to win new logo customer business (*Expected as 25% of the role)
- Experience working in an SI, Enterprise Consultancy or Microsoft Managed Security Partner
- Understand the wider Microsoft Security stack - Cloud Security, Cloud Identities, Copilot for Security, Defender XDR
- Experience in discussing complex security solutions with customers inside existing enterprise and new logo.
