Poole (Hybrid working available)

We’re looking for a D365 Support Engineer to join a growing and collaborative team, delivering high-quality ERP support and exceptional customer experience.

The Role

This is a hands-on support role focused on delivering reliable, high-quality assistance to ERP users. You’ll take ownership of issues from first contact through to resolution, ensuring clear communication and a consistently professional customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and delivering high-quality customer support aligned to service standards
  • Owning and resolving support tickets end-to-end
  • Investigating and diagnosing system issues, identifying root causes
  • Communicating clearly with clients, translating technical details into simple updates
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to the knowledge base
  • Supporting testing, system updates, and release tracking

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Business Central)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and structured support frameworks
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
  • A proactive, methodical, and collaborative approach
