What we’re looking for…
This is a great opportunity for someone confident delivering Power Platform solutions, who’s now ready to take a step up into a more architectural, solution-shaping role. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to shape and deliver Copilot Studio projects building AI assistants that integrate into real workflows, automate repetitive processes, and meet high compliance standards. If you’ve been hands-on with Power Platform, Power Virtual Agents, or Copilot Studio and want to develop your strategic design skills in a real-world setting, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering intelligent, low-code AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform
- Helping shape solution designs in collaboration with architects, product managers, and engineers
- Mapping out conversational flows, building digital assistants, and defining user journeys
- Connecting Copilot solutions to business systems via Dataverse, Azure, and custom connectors
- Supporting the documentation of designs (HLDs, functional specs, solution overviews)
- Ensuring solutions meet governance, compliance, and business value goals
- Learning from a team of experts (including Azure MVPs) and working toward architecture-level capability
What We’re Looking For:
- Practical experience delivering solutions with Power Platform, Power Virtual Agents, or Copilot Studio
- Understanding of solution lifecycle from initial requirements through to rollout and support
- Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to shape clear, deliverable outcomes
- An interest in AI and how Copilot-style tools are being used to reshape business processes
- Some experience with connectors, APIs, or Dataverse would be useful
- Strong written and verbal communication comfortable supporting documentation and client conversations
- A growth mindset and a desire to progress into more strategic solution design and architecture
